Following a successful inaugural season, the TGP Championship will enter its next chapter in 2027. The Hockenheimring, DEKRA Lausitzring and Nürburgring have already been confirmed as the first three venues for the upcoming season.
Exciting races, close battles on track and established names from international truck racing shaped the inaugural season of the new racing series. At the Nürburgring, Sascha Lenz was crowned the first-ever TGP Champion, bringing the sporting highlight to a season that impressively demonstrated the potential of the new series.
In 2027, the championship will once again combine high-level truck racing with three of Germany’s most renowned motorsport venues. The season will kick off from 14 to 16 May 2027 with the Young TGP Hockenheim. Following the successful debut of the TGP Championship at the traditional circuit, the racing trucks will return to the Rhine-Neckar region once again.
