1. Hotel Motodrom: ‘Race Salon Terrace’ – pit stops next to you!

Race Salon Terrace – Pit stops next to you!

This hospitality area invites you to relax in a light-filled winter garden covering approximately 180 m2 with a small balcony in close proximity to the start and finish line – opposite the pit lane, in the Hotel Motodrom.

The tables for 10 in the dining area cannot be selected during the booking process. These will be automatically reserved by our hospitality team afterwards. Our hostesses will accompany you directly to your table upon arrival. Maximum capacity approx. 100 people.

Race Salon (window seats/indoor seating) – recharge your batteries during a stopover!

The Race Salon is the restaurant area of the Hotel Motodrom and offers VIP guests a close-up racing experience with 80 window seats and 120 indoor seats with different table sizes. Join in the excitement and don’t miss a single pit stop. Table reservations are automatically made by our hospitality team afterwards. Our hostesses will accompany you directly to your table upon arrival. Maximum capacity approx. 200 people.

We are happy to arrange additional separate rooms for 20–50 people on request. Please contact us!

2. Seats in the South Grandstand Hospitality Area

Hospitality South Grandstand – Get your pole position in advance!

Premium Tickets South Grandstand Upper Tier:

Take a seat in a convivial atmosphere at reserved tables/banquet tables for up to 10 people in the central lounge or in one of the six individual lounges on level 4 of the south grandstand. Table reservations will be made automatically by our hospitality team.

Our hostesses will accompany you directly to your table upon arrival. Maximum capacity of the central lounge is approximately 230 people.

Alternatively, the Business Lounge on Level 3 also offers reserved seats at table/banquet seating for up to 10 people. Table reservations are automatically made by our hospitality team. Our hostesses will accompany you directly to your table upon arrival. Maximum capacity is approximately 180 people.

At concerts, seating is unreserved in the catering area of the central lounge and business lounge of the south grandstand.

South grandstand: Perfect views as a VIP!

The VIP seats in the south grandstand are located 20 metres above the individual boxes. From these seats, you have a unique view of almost 75% of the entire race track, but especially of the impressive Motodrom with the Sachs- and Südkurve, all the way to the hairpin bend and the start and finish straight to the Nordkurve.

VIP seats (allocated seating) for the DTM finale are arranged by the VIP & HOSPITALITY team. Small and large groups are always seated together. Seats in the grandstand area have paddock access for all motorsport events.

At NITROLYMPX, our VIP guests have the opportunity to choose their own seats in the south grandstand. A unique view of the start and finish area of the dragster track and the entire Motodrom is guaranteed! As a Tower Lounge visitor, you can enjoy two different perspectives: during a stopover at the Quartermile Club on the interior seats of the VIP grandstand.

At concerts, guests are assigned a VIP seat in the south grandstand upper tier.

A visit to the infield is not always automatically included in the booking.

Our culinary team will provide a diverse selection of cold and warm dishes from international, regional, and seasonal cuisines throughout the day at the events.

If you have any allergies or intolerances, please inform us prior to the event.

A selection of alcoholic beverages depending on the event, e.g. white wine, red wine, rosé wine, prosecco, draught beer, non-alcoholic beer and non-alcoholic soft drinks and hot beverages such as still and sparkling mineral water, Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, various juices, and a selection of coffees and teas are included in the package.

Strong alcoholic beverages and long drinks are not included and cannot be ordered on site.

You can also watch the races on monitors in the hospitality areas.

We are happy to assist you with any questions you may have during the event regarding finding your way around the Hockenheimring and specific programme items, e.g. PITWALK at the event.

Use our mobile phone charging station and you can be reached anywhere.

The VIP/special parking spaces at the Hockenheimring are located approximately 200 to 600 metres away from the hospitality areas.

ADAC Hockenheim Historic:

• VIP guests of the Race Salon Terrace park in the VIP car park H3.
• VIP guests of the Race Salon park in the special car park H2.
• Upon booking, VIP guests receive parking tickets at a ratio of 2 tickets = 1 parking ticket.

NITROLYMPX:

• VIP guests of the Quartermile Club can drive directly to the Quartermile Club grounds on the special VIP Parking Motodrom car park.
• With your VIP Parking Motodrom parking ticket, you are permitted to stay overnight in the fenced-off area next to the club, subject to availability.
• You can stay overnight directly in your car or motorhome (without setting up tents, awnings, refrigerators, electric and charcoal grills, etc.).
• There are no sanitary facilities on the parking grounds. Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. Please adhere to the above guidelines, otherwise we will have to send you to a campsite.
• Access for motorhomes up to 3.5 tonnes is permitted; larger motorhomes require a written request and prior approval.
• Upon booking, VIP guests will receive parking tickets at a ratio of 3 tickets = 1 parking ticket.
• The entrance to the gated area next to the Quartermile Club for overnight stays is on Thursday, 28 August 2025, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., Friday, 29 August 2025, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday, 31 August 2025, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, 29 August 2025 from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday, 31 August 2025 until 5 p.m.
• Special parking area VIP Parking Motodrom must be vacated by 6 p.m. on Sunday, 31 August 2025.
• VIP guests of the Tower Lounges park in the special parking areas M1 & M2 in front of the south grandstand. Upon booking, VIP guests receive parking tickets at a ratio of 4 tickets = 1 parking ticket.

DTM:

• VIP guests of the Race Salon park in the special car park H2.
• When booking, VIP guests receive parking tickets at a ratio of 2 tickets = 1 parking ticket.
• VIP guests of the south grandstand park in the VIP car park V3 at the Contikreisel.
• When booking, VIP guests receive parking tickets at a ratio of 4 tickets = 1 parking ticket.

Motorsport events:

• Each VIP package includes a VIP/special parking space. This applies to bookings of one, two, three or four VIP packages.

Concerts:

• The VIP/special parking spaces for concerts are located approximately 800-1000 metres’ walk from the hospitality areas.
• VIP guests with a degree of disability who have limited mobility should please contact us again after booking.

Further information:

• VIP groups arriving by a bus should inform us of this when booking, as buses are not permitted to access the VIP parking areas. There are designated bus parking areas, which we will be happy to reserve for you.
• Please note that taxis are not permitted to access the event site or the VIP parking areas.

• At present, our VIP packages are sent to you via registered mail approximately 3 to 4 weeks prior to the event.
• VIP packages (cards, parking tickets, event information) ordered shortly before the event (1 week or a few days in advance) can be collected during the event at the P1 Pavilion during specified opening hours. We will be happy to inform you by email after your short-term booking.
