New German Wave

Event date: September 25-27, 2026

Seven thrilling motorsport weekends, nail-biting battles for position, spectacular overtaking manoeuvres. Racing up close and personal. That’s the new EURO MOTO. The finale of the top series on two wheels takes place from 25 to 27 September at the Hockenheimring.

Top-class riders from all over the world and motorcycle races at World Championship level – with 14 races over two days, EURO MOTO guarantees top-class motorsport entertainment. Young up-and-comers take on established champions. The return of Markus “Reiti” Reiterberger, the hoped-for title defence by Lukas Tulovic, and the debut of former Grand Prix rider Marcel Schrötter in the Superbike class demonstrate the commitment to attracting absolute top riders. The level of competition in the three premier classes – Superbike, Supersport and Sportbike – has risen dramatically in recent years.

With high-performance bikes from BMW Motorrad, Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Ducati, Aprilia and Triumph, as well as the expertise of tyre partner Pirelli, EURO MOTO brings the industry’s top brands to the starting line.

With the new EURO MOTO brand, Motor Presse Stuttgart (MPS) is consistently further developing the successful International German Motorcycle Championship (IDM) 2026 to offer teams and their riders, as well as fans and spectators, an even more attractive platform at the very top international level.

For an entry fee of 55 euros for the whole weekend, fans get the full programme. The highlight: despite its growing popularity, the new EURO MOTO remains very close to its fans. Anyone who buys a ticket gets free entry to the paddock, the popular dealer area with test ride programmes from the motorbike manufacturers, and the popular Pit Walk on Sunday. Children and young people under the age of 14 get in for free.

The EURO MOTO finale in September at Hockenheim is set to be a massive spectacle! The programme includes not only the premier classes – Superbike, Supersport and Sportbike – but also the ADAC Junior Cup, Pro Superstock 1000 and the two Kawasaki classes, the ZX4RR Cup and the ZX6 Cup. So what are you waiting for? Let’s go!
