Tickets & Advanced Booking

Which days are included in a weekend ticket?

Unless otherwise stated in the order form, a weekend ticket is always automatically valid from Friday to Sunday.

If I order several tickets, will the seats be allocated next to each other?

If several tickets are ordered together on one invoice, they will certainly be allocated together. Should it no longer be possible, for example shortly before the race, we will let you know before and you can decide whether you would like to go to another stand.

Can I get a discount for ordering multiple tickets?

Unfortunately, we cannot give any discount for group orders.

When and how are the tickets sent out?

The tickets are normally sent out by registered letter 2-4 weeks after payment has been received. However, this cannot be guaranteed for every race event. The latest shipping date is Tuesday of the respective race week.

Are there any discounts for wheelchair users?

Wheelchair users have free entrance, the accompanying person pays in full. However, only one numbered seat is guaranteed. Please indicate the exact number of persons in each group when ordering. You can also apply for a separate parking space by sending in a copy of your Disabled ID Card.

Where can I park and how much does it cost?

Parking on the parking spaces at the Hockenheimring is free. You can find more information here. Please note that parking overnight is not permitted!

Is there parking for disabled persons?

Disabled parking spaces are located near the South Stand C/D at the special Conti Bridge car park (stamp in the severely disabled ID categories: aG (severe difficulty walking), “B” (eligible to bring a companion) or “Bl” (blindness)). There are also disabled spaces at the P2 car park (severely disabled ID category: “G” (mobility significantly impaired). In exceptional cases, parking tickets are given to people with problems walking following an operation. You can request parking permits for free on presentation of a copy of the severely disabled ID by phone on +49 (0) 6205 950-211 or email to camping@hockenheimring.de. You can also always visit the Hockenheimring Baden-Württemberg outside of the racing events. Join us when the major players in the automobile industry carry out their test drives on our racetrack, the next generation of talent drive their first laps in the racing cars on our driving experience days or when the numerous licensed drivers complete their regular training.

Can I as a private individual drive my car on the ring, too?

Yes, on certain dates, the ring is also open for private drivers.

Is there a ATM on site?

You’ll find a ATM in front of the Home of Speed by Dörr Group and in front of the Welcome Center.

Can I drive a racing car myself, or go as a passenger?

Yes. The Hockenheimring has several ways of getting to know the track from its sporty side.

Information And Rules

What items are not allowed?

You are not allowed to bring bulky items (e.g. cool boxes, drinks crates, folding chairs), glass containers, pyrotechnic items, drugs, weapons and animals! With the consent of the person concerned, the security staff are authorised to look through any containers being brought in (bags, rucksacks). Please also observe the spectator rules at Hockenheim-Ring GmbH. You can find them here.

May I bring food and drink with me?

You may bring a normal consumable amount of food and drink. Glass bottles are not permitted.

May I take photos or video?

Photos, videos or audio recordings at the Hockenheimring are only permitted for private use and are not permitted for commercial or journalistic purposes. Any type of commercial and promotional use of these images and audio material is not permitted. Non-compliance would give rise to claims for damages by Hockenheim-Ring GmbH. The house rules of Hockenheim-Ring GmbH apply. It is not permitted to carry professional photo or film equipment with you (e.g. camera lens that’s size exceeds 40 cm). It is also forbidden to bring and set up camera tripods (bulky goods) of any type in the stands.

Event information

Bringing and using the following items is strictly forbidden at open-air concerts:

  • SLR cameras with zoom lens
  • Laser pointers
  • Jars, glass and plastic bottles, e.g. PET containers
  • Alcohol
  • Spray paint, gas spray cans
  • Weapons or dangerous items of any type
  • Bulky items, e.g. deckchairs, parasols and styrofoam cubes
  • Fireworks, rockets, Bengal lights, smoking powder, flares, sparklers and generally pyrotechnic articles of any type
  • Flags and banner poles
  • Instruments that emit noise
  • Animals
  • Racist, xenophobic, extreme right-wing and other discriminatory propaganda material

The event organiser has the right to seize items of the type mentioned above. Audio, film and video footage (also for private use) is forbidden. In the event of non-compliance, criminal charges will be brought.

You may, however, bring the following items with you:

  • TETRAPAK up to 0.2l per person
  • Pocket cameras and camera phones
  • Special food, e.g. diet and diabetic food
  • Basic supplies required for medical purposes, e.g. insulin

The instructions of the security staff must be followed. For concerts, there is a risk of hearing damage and a danger to health due to the volume level.

Terms and conditions

HOCKENHEIMRING COMPETITIONS (NOT ONLINE)

The following terms and conditions apply to participants taking part in competitions organised by Hockenheim-Ring GmbH. By taking part in the competition, participants explicitly accept these conditions of participation.

1. Event organiser
The event organiser is Hockenheim-Ring GmbH, Am Motodrom, 68766 Hockenheim, Germany. The recipient of information provided by the participant is the event organiser. All questions, comments or complaints about the competition should be directed at the event organiser. Information provided by the participant is only used for the competition and is not stored by the event organiser.

2. Eligibility
All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 on the date of the competition are eligible to participate. Legal representatives and employees of the event organiser or participating partner companies as well as their family members and persons living within their household are not eligible to participate. Participation via a commercial provider is excluded.

3. Participation
Participation in the competition is free and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or the supply of services provided by the event organiser or its partners. The purchase of goods or the supply of a service provided by the event organiser or its partners does not increase the chances of winning. The start and end of the competition is based on announcements made in the context of the respective competition. Participants must enter the competition in good time by the entry deadline. The participant is responsible for ensuring the address given is correct. Registration for the newsletter is voluntary and is not dependent on the competition. It does not increase the chances of winning.

4. Prize notification
The winner will be chosen at random. Participants will be informed about the draw procedure on site/in a competition announcement. Winners will be notified within the framework context of the respective competition directly on site or also, depending on the type of competition, in writing by email or by post to the address given by the competition participant. If the winner does not respond to the win notification or is not personally on site at the time of the draw, another winner is drawn in their place within a period of 14 days.

5. Exclusions
A cash payment prize, even partial, is not possible. Exchanging a prize or combining it with discounts is also excluded. The event organiser reserves the right to exclude a competition participant if it emerges that the participant has used unfair means or has gained or attempted to gain advantage for themselves or third parties in any other way by manipulation or by false statements or in violation of these conditions of participation. The event organiser does not bear any of the travel, maintenance or accommodation costs or other costs necessary for the winner to redeem the prize.

6. Escape clause
The event organiser reserves the right to cancel or end the draw due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice. This applies in particular if the draw cannot go according to plan for any reason, for example for technical and/or legal reasons that may affect the management, safety, integrity and/or regular and proper implementation of the draw.

7. Disclaimer
The event organiser takes no liability for participant forms that have not been received or not received in full.

8. Privacy policy
Hockenheim-Ring GmbH only collects and processes the data required to carry out the competition and for the notification of winnings within the framework of the competition, in compliance with the principles of data economy and data avoidance.
All personal data collected within the framework of the competition is handled in strict confidence. By participating in the competition, data is not stored or processed beyond the running of the competition. In particular, no data is forwarded to third parties unless we are obliged to do in accordance with legal regulations.

To run the competition, we process the following personal data based on Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR: full name and contact data (by choice of the participants). Where necessary, address data is collected and processed for the purpose of handing over the prize. In the event of a win, data processing is also based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.

Participant data is only used to run the competition and only stored for this period. Data storage beyond this based on another legal reason (e.g. consent) remains unaffected by this.

9. Miscellaneous
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Legal recourse is excluded.


COMPETITIONS RUN BY HOCKENHEIMRING ON SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS (ONLINE)

The following conditions of participation only apply for the participation in competitions on social media channels. By participating in the competition, the participant explicitly accepts these conditions of participation.

1. Event organiser
The competition is organised by Hockenheim-Ring GmbH, 68766 Hockenheim. The competition has no connection to Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook. The recipient of information provided by the participant is the event organiser. All questions, comments or complaints about the competition should be directed at the event organiser. Information provided by participants are only used for the respective competition. The participant exempts Facebook from any liability.

2. Eligibility
All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 on the date of the competition are eligible to participate. Legal representatives and employees of the event organiser as well as partner companies involved and their family members and persons who live with them in their household are excluded from participating. Participation via a commercial provider is excluded. Legal recourse and a cash prize is also excluded.

3. Participation
Participation in the competition is free and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or the supply of services provided by the event organiser or its partners. The purchase of goods or the supply of a service provided by the event organiser or its partners does not increase the chances of winning.

Participation in the competition is possible from the time of publication and it ends on the date stated. You enter the draw by sharing the data requested. Your own e-mail address is required for the prize notification. The entry deadline is the time specified.

4. Prize notification
The winner will be chosen at random. The winner is notified by email, to the address given. From the moment the winner is notified, the winner has a deadline of 8 days in which to inform the event organiser of their postal address for the prize to be dispatched. The prize will then be sent to the address given or kept on site at the Hockenheimring. If the winner does not respond to the prize notification within the deadline given, another winner will be picked in their place from the remaining participants.

5. Exclusions
Cash payment of the prize or exchanging a prize is excluded. The event organiser reserves the right to exclude a competition participant if it emerges that the participant has used unfair means or has gained or attempted to gain advantage for themselves or third parties in any other way by manipulation or by false statements or in violation of these conditions of participation. The event organiser does not bear any of the travel, maintenance or accommodation costs or other costs necessary for the winner to redeem the prize. Selling the prize, particularly on the Internet, is not permitted.

6. Escape clause
The event organiser reserves the right to cancel or end the draw due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice. This applies particular if the draw cannot be run according to plan, for example in the case of computer viruses, in the event of software or hardware issues and/or due to other technical and/or legal reasons that affect the management, safety, integrity and/or regular and proper implementation of the draw.

7. Disclaimer
The event organiser accepts no liability for forms or emails that have not been received or have not been received in full or that have been lost or that have suffered other technical problems during submission.

8. Privacy policy
Personal data of all participants is stored, used and processed for the purposes required in connection with this competition in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act and is only forwarded to cooperation partners for the purposes of processing the prize.

9. Google Analytics information
The website www.hockenheimring.de uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and allow analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to the Google server in the USA and stored there. Google uses this information on our behalf to evaluate your use of this website, compile reports about website activities for the website operator and provide other services related to website and Internet use. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Google will never associate your IP address with any other data stored by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; however, please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.
