Formula Student Germany & NitrOlympX
Due to the continued very high forest fire risk, additional safety measures are now in effect across all camping areas at the Hockenheimring. Please read and follow the regulations below carefully. They are in place to ensure the safety of all guests and must be observed at all times.
- Open fires are strictly prohibited in all camping areas.
- Barbecuing is only permitted using gas grills or electric grills. Please observe the following safety requirements: All grills must be placed at least 80 cm above ground level. When using a gas grill, the gas bottle or cartridge (regardless of size) must be positioned at least 2 metres away from the grill. A suitable fire extinguisher must always be kept within immediate reach when operating a gas grill. The use of gas grills is strictly prohibited if no fire extinguisher is available.
- Disposal of cigarettes: To help prevent fire hazards, cigarettes, ashes and embers must always be disposed of in appropriate ashtrays. Please do not dispose them on the ground under any circumstances.
- Charging of mobile vehicles is not permitted. For safety reasons, the charging of mobile vehicles is strictly prohibited throughout all camping areas.
Have you noticed smoke or a fire?
Please act immediately! If you notice any signs of smoke or fire, please call the emergency number 112 immediately and also inform the event staff.
We kindly ask you to follow these safety requirements at all times and help us ensure the safety of all camping guests. In case of non-compliance with these regulations, we reserve the right to take appropriate action.
Should the situation or safety requirements change, we will inform you accordingly.
