• Tickets are only available in the Online-Ticketshop
• Vouchers for the tourist rides
• Access to the grounds as well as to the grandstand is allowed to persons who are in possession of a valid ticket.
• For children under the age of 14, a free spectator ticket has to be purchased at the ticket store.
• Due to the noise level, we recommend that pregnant women and children under the age of 5 do not come along to the dates. In any case, please make sure to bring adequate hearing protection for children. Our on-site security staff is authorized to prohibit access to the event. In such cases, there is no right to claim reimbursement of costs.
• Action cams: Please note that the installation of action cams on motorcycles and their riders is not permitted. In the case of cars, only adequately fixed action cams can be installed in the vehicle cabin.

Photography

Creating photographic, film and audio recordings at Hockenheimring Baden-Württemberg is only permitted for private, non-commercial or journalistic purposes. Any kind of commercial or promotional use of such video and audio material is not permitted and requires written approval by Hockenheim-Ring GmbH. Violation of this requirement may result in damage claims being presented by Hockenheim-Ring GmbH. The domestic rights of Hockenheim-Ring GmbH apply.

In general, photography and filming is only permitted from the stands and, in the case of designated events, also in the paddock. People located in the inner area of the race track who are not in possession of a valid employee ID card, accreditation certificate or written consent by Hockenheim-Ring GmbH (e.g. media platforms and restricted zones) will be sent away from the area and shall bear the legal consequences thereof.

PHOTOGRAPHIC DOCUMENTATION OF TOURIST rides

The tourist rides are accompanied by photographic documentation. Only the drives on the racetrack are recorded by a commissioned, independently operating photographer. The photographs may depict vehicles, visible license plates, and occupants of the vehicles. The creation, storage, and marketing of the photographs are carried out independently by the photographer via a separate online shop. Hockenheim-Ring GmbH is not the operator of this online shop. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the documentary coverage of the event and in offering souvenir photos). Participants have the right to object to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR for reasons arising from their particular situation. Further information on data processing can be found in the privacy policy of Hockenheim-Ring GmbH and in the photographer’s privacy policy.
