International GT Open

Summer festival of the GT elite

Following its successful return to the Hockenheimring last year, the International GT Open will return to the iconic circuit in Baden on the weekend of 6 to 8 June 2025 – to the delight of the teams and drivers as well as all GT fans in Germany.

The series has established itself as one of the best GT3 championships in Europe and offers the best platform for Pro-Am racing and the highest level of performance in GT3 sport. Launched in 2006 by GT Sport, the Madrid-based company of former sports car and GT driver Jesús Pareja, the series has grown steadily and has proved very successful with teams and drivers from all over the world. The calendar includes eight of the most prestigious F1 circuits in Europe, and the format (two races of 70 and 50 minutes respectively in the standard races, an endurance race of 240 minutes in Spa and Monza) guarantees thrilling action. The friendly atmosphere in the paddock is also a valued feature of the series.

Impressive field of entrants

The 2025 season promises to be very well-staffed and highly competitive once again: Around 35 entrants have signed up for the entire season, with all the major GT brands (Aston Martin, Audi, BMW, Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Mercedes, McLaren, etc.) represented and some of the biggest GT3 teams and drivers part of the field, which is divided into three classes (Pro, Pro-Am and Am).
