The DTM has released its calendar for the 2025 season, and is returning to tried-and-tested venues. Drivers, teams and fans can look forward to 16 races spread over eight events. Next year\u2019s first two DTM victories are up for grabs from 25<sup>th<\/sup> to 27<sup>th<\/sup> April at Motorsport Arena Oschersleben. In keeping with tradition, the season finale will take place at the Hockenheimring Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg (3<sup>rd<\/sup> to 5<sup>th<\/sup> October). As well as six race weekends in Germany, the DTM also travels to the Netherlands and Austria. Tickets for the 2025 DTM will be available from 20<sup>th<\/sup> October 2024 at dtm.com.<\/p>\n<p>After the opening round of the 2025 season in Oschersleben, the DTM stars head to the Dekra Lausitzring (23<sup>rd<\/sup> to 25<sup>th<\/sup> May). The first foreign outing of the year awaits from 6<sup>th<\/sup> to 8<sup>th<\/sup> June at Circuit Zandvoort on the North Sea coast of the Netherlands. After that, the DTM will transform into the fastest city traffic in Germany: the Norisring (4<sup>th<\/sup> to 6<sup>th<\/sup> July) in Nuremberg is the only street circuit in Germany and one of the highlights on the calendar. The N\u00fcrburgring (8<sup>th<\/sup> to 10<sup>th<\/sup> August) marks the start of the second half of the season, in which the remaining events come every two or three weeks. Next up is another iconic German circuit with the Sachsenring (22<sup>nd<\/sup> to 24<sup>th<\/sup> August), before the Austrian mountain scenery provides the backdrop to the DTM at the Red Bull Ring from 12<sup>th<\/sup> to 14<sup>th<\/sup> September. Fans can then look forward to the showdown of the 2025 season in Hockenheim (3<sup>rd<\/sup> to 5<sup>th<\/sup> October). Next year\u2019s finale will take place 14 days earlier than it has in the past two seasons.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe fans\u2019 enthusiasm for the DTM is high, which shows that we are on the right track when it comes to the calendar. Over the past few months, we have carefully scrutinised exciting venues for the DTM. However, as all the events in Germany have experienced a significant increase in popularity among visitors, we will stick with the tried-and-tested venues for the 2025 season,\u201d says ADAC Motorsport Director Thomas Voss.<\/p>\n<p>In the 2024 season, the final round with the title decision in Hockenheim is still to come. From October 18 to 20, 2024, Mirko Bortolotti (Lamborghini), Kelvin van der Linde (Audi) and Maro Engel (Mercedes-AMG) will compete in a three-way battle for the title in the DTM&#8217;s anniversary season.
