All conference rooms have daylight and offer modern conference techniques such as data projector, light and sound technique. Diversified programs like incentives, as well as a obliging service team guarantee full service and make your conference a success.

(* Room rates for events in the hotel Motodrom are included. For events outside the hotel Motodrom the rooms, service and logistics are charged separately. All prices are per person and day excluding tax. Arrangements are available from 10 persons)

  • Screen, flipchart and overhead projector
  • Note paper and pen (if you wish)

Break “Basic” in the morning:

  • Fruits and biscuits

Break “Basic” in the afternoon:

  • Coffee/ tea
  • Fruits and pastry

Lunch:

  • Choice of 3 basic buffets (for less than 20 persons we offer a menu)

2.) Arrangement “Comfort” for € 43,50 (€ 48,20 incl. tax)

  • Conference room for the according amount of people
  • 2 breaks “Comfort”
  • Lunch as buffet or menu
  • 1 Soft drink during lunch
